Mohamed Omer is Mintel's Global Haircare Analyst. Mohamed has always been passionate about chemistry and prior to joining Mintel he formulated innovative products for major personal care companies including Colgate-Palmolive, Reckitt Benckiser, Gojo, and Alberto Culver/Unilever. Mohamed holds an M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from Iowa State University. Before he entered the beauty & personal care industry he worked at the NYPD crime lab as an expert on controlled substances.
Andrew McDougall is a reporter for both CosmeticsDesign.com and CosmeticsDesign-Europe.com. He has been reporting on the industry for over a year now following the completion of his degree in Journalism.
